You can rapidly enter member safe environment records using the Community Forms Bulk Entry screen. Note that members must already have a record in your member database.
- Click Community Forms on the home page or the left menu
- Click Bulk Entry on the Community Forms dashboard
- At the top of the screen, optionally select to have the system auto fill the expiration date. If checked and the selected Community Form has a specific expiration date or is set to expire after an elapsed time, the system will determine the expiration date and auto fill the Expires Date field.
- Enter the last name of the member you want to record. A list of members matching that name will appear. Click on the member you want to enter.
- Select the safe environment criteria in the Form Name drop down.
- Select a Received status as Yes or Pending Approval
- Enter a Received Date if known.
- Enter an Expires Date, if applicable.
- Enter an optional comment that will appear on the member record.
- Click Submit
Once you click submit, the entry will appear below the input area. You can then enter the next member record, or another submission for the same member.
If the member already has an entry for the selected Community Form, the screen will display their existing record. You can choose to overwrite or update the record:
- If you want to overwrite the existing values, simply enter the information and click Submit.
- If you want to edit the member's existing record, click the Edit button. Their existing data will be loaded into the input fields so that you can update them.
You can edit a previous entry by hovering over and then clicking on the entry. The line will change to show input fields. Enter your changes and click the check mark to save your changes, or the X to cancel your changes.
