There are two ways to send messages to multiple teams: using the Bulk Actions/Send Messages feature on the Teams page or the Send Messages feature. Each approach has distinct advantages:
Teams Bulk Actions
- Easier to use
- Allows you to send messages to coaches only or everyone on the selected teams
- Supports messaging commissioners
- Limited to teams within a given sports season
Send Messages Feature
- Can send to teams across multiple sports
- Can send to families based on registration submissions
- Does not allow sending to coaches only
- Does not support messaging commissioners
This article explains how to use the Teams Bulk Actions feature to send messages to teams or coaches. For instructions on using the Send Messages feature, click here.
