When using the Doodlio website, it is sometimes necessary to clear your browser's cache so that it will load the most recent Doodlio features. This article describes how to clear your browser's cache using the most popular web browsers.
Instructions for Microsoft Edge
Chrome
- Click the three vertical dots in the upper right side of your Chrome window
- Select More tools and then Clear browsing data...
- A new window will appear that will present you with options for what to clear. At the top, just below "Basic", set the Time Range to "All Time". Be sure that only the last option, Cached images and files, is selected.
- Click the Clear Data button
- Click on the browser tab containing the Doodlio application
- Click the circular arrow in the upper left side of the screen, next to the address bar. This will cause your browser to reload the Doodlio app and the latest features.
Microsoft Edge
- Click the three horizontal dots in the upper right side of your Edge window
- Select Settings
- Select Choose what to clear under Clear browsing data.
- Make sure that the only option selected is Cached data and files
- Click the Clear button
- Click the circular arrow in the upper left side of the screen, next to the address bar. This will cause your browser to reload the Doodlio app and the latest features.
Firefox
- Click the three horizontal bars in the upper right side of your Firefox window
- Select Options - a new screen will appear
- In the left side menu, select Privacy and Security.
- In the History section, click on the "clear your recent history" link. A popup window will appear.
- Make certain that only the Cache option is selected
- Click the Clear Now button
- Click on the browser tab containing the Doodlio application
- Click the circular arrow in the upper left side of the screen, next to the address bar. This will cause your browser to reload the Doodlio app and the latest features.
