Please use the Doodlio website to register a new account or to update your password. Once you have created or updated your password, you can then use it to sign into the mobile app.
How to register a new account
- Go to www.doodlio.com
- Click the Register button in the upper right corner
- Enter your email address
- Follow the instructions for receiving a security code
- Enter the security code and a new password
- Click register to create your account
If you receive a message that an account could not be found for your email address, contact your community administrator to verify that they have created an account for you in their community.
When you complete the registration process it will sign you in for the first time. From that point you can user your newly created password to sign into the mobile app.

Signing Into the Mobile App
When you start the Doodlio app for the first time you will be prompted to enter your email address. You should enter the same email address that you used for registration in the steps above. Then click the "Next" button.
Next, enter your password and click the Sign In button.
Once you have signed into your account on the mobile app you will typically remain signed regardless of whether you open and close the app.
When you first logon to the app, your screen will appear as below. Every user has a private space in the app, which is indicate by the "@" followed by your first name. This space has all the core features of any group including messaging, a dedicated calendar, and file sharing. You will also receive some system notifications in this space, such as when you have been invited to join a new group.
The best way to learn Doodlio is to jump in and try things out.
