Sync the team calendar with your phone using My Family Calendar

The My Family Calendar feature provides a consolidated view of all of your family's events on one calendar. It also allows you to share your family calendar with your phone, Gmail, Outlook, or other calendars.

Access My Family Calendar from the main menu.

Note that it can take up to 24 hours for events to sync with your phone's calendar, depending on the frequency that your phone's calendar system fetches updates.

Share your family calendar with your iPhone

Follow these steps to share your Doodlio family calendar with your iPhone:

1. Click on My Family Calendar in the main menu
2. Click the sharing button in the upper right corner
3. Click the Copy Link to Clipboard button
4. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
5. Go to Settings  > Calendar > Accounts > Add Account > Other.
6. Tap Add Subscribed Calendar
7. Paste the URL that you copied above into the Server field and click Next (tap the Server input field and select Paste from the popup menu.)
8. Click Save to save your subscription to the calendar

Share your family calendar with your Google Calendar

The easiest way to sync your Google Calendar is to use your PC/Mac to add the calendar, and then change the settings on your phone to display the calendar you added:

1. Click on My Family Calendar in the main menu
2. Click the sharing button in the upper right corner
3. Click the Copy Link to Clipboard button
4. Open the Google Calendar app on your PC or Mac
5. Under other calendars click the + (Add other calendars) and select "From URL"
6. Paste the URL you copied above into the "URL of calendar" field and click Add Calendar

By default, Google does not automatically enable your new calendar subscription on other devices. To add the calendar to your phone:

1. Click on My Family Calendar in the main menu
2. Click the sharing button in the upper right corner
3. Click the Copy Link to Clipboard button
4. Open the Google Calendar app on your phone
5. Click the menu button in the upper left
6. Click the "Show more" link under the list of calendars
7. Find the Doodlio Family Calendar entry and click to mark the calendar as selected

Share your family calendar with your Outlook Calendar

1. Click on My Family Calendar in the main menu
2. Click the sharing button in the upper right corner
3. Click the Copy Link to Clipboard button
4. Open the Outlook Calendar application on your PC or Mac
5. Click the Open Calendar button in the ribbon and select "From internet"
6. Paste the URL that you copied above into the popup window that appears and click OK.
