Doodlio will optionally prompt the member to enter standard health and emergency contact information for the member they are registering. The information that is collected is automatically added to the member's profile record and is available:
- On the member record in Manage Members
- On team rosters, visible to coaches and administrators, as well as printable rosters that can be inserted into team binders.
- On class rosters, visible to teachers and administrators, as well as printable rosters that can be inserted into class binders.
To access the medical and emergency contact page:
- Beneath the registration that you want to edit, click the Add Medical and Emergency Contact Fields link.
Health information
The health information collected consists of:
- Allergic Reactions
- Physical Limitations
- Special Needs
- Health/medical Comments
To enable health data collection, simply click the check box "Request health related information about each registrant"
Emergency contacts
Doodlio will optionally prompt for 3 emergency contacts for the registered member. The system will collect the contact name, phone number, and relationship to the member.
To enable emergency contact data collection, simply click the check box "Request emergency contact information for each registrant".
You can optionally make one or all of the emergency contacts required input. Click the check box next to the emergency contact fields that you want to make required.
Click Update Registration to save your changes.
