Before publishing your registration, make sure that it is not set to use the Test Account. If it is, the phrase "Using Test Account" will appear to the right side of the registration title and the registration link will point to https://test.doodlio.com/... instead of https://doodlio.com/...
There are two ways to publish your registration:
- Email a link to the registration
- Embed the registration in your website
Publish the registration by emailing a link
The fastest and easiest way to publish your registration to your members is to email a link:
- Copy the registration link that appears beneath the registration.
- Paste the link into an email and send it to your members.
Embed the registration in your website
The registration is designed to work properly when embedded in other websites. To do this, a snippet of code must be embedded in your website. If you are unsure how to do this, contact your IT staff or the person who manages your website.
The following snippet can be used. The link, "https://doodlio.com/#/reg/10055/9" within the snippet should be replaced with the link to your registration from the Manage Registrations page.
<div><iframe style="border: 0;" src="https://doodlio.com/#/reg/10055/9" width="680" height="600" frameborder="0" scrolling="yes"></iframe></div>
The width and height parameters will need to be adjusted to fit the characteristics of your web page. If you need help formatting the embed, contact support@doodlio.com.
