Team Files Photos

Use Files to browse, open, download, and share files for one team.

Quick steps

1. Open a team from Home or My Teams & Groups.

2. Select the Files tab.

3. Open a folder or file.

4. Use All, Photos, Videos, Audio, or Docs to filter the list.

5. Use Newest, Oldest, or Name to change the sort order.

6. Use Select if you want to act on multiple files.

What you’ll see

At the top of the page, you may see:

• Files

• New folder

• Upload

• Select

• Done

You may also see filters:

• All

• Photos

• Videos

• Audio

• Docs

And sort options:

• Newest

• Oldest

• Name

Open and use files

When the tab is available, parents can typically:

• open folders

• open files

• download files

• share files

Some file rows may also show actions such as:

• Open

• Download

• Share

If you use Select, you may then see actions such as:

• Open

• Download

• Share

If the file list is still loading, the page can show:

Loading…
Fetching files for this folder.

If there are no files, the page can show:

No files here yet

You may also see one of these helper messages:

Upload a file or create a folder to get started.
or
Check back later—your coach may add files soon.

Notes about uploads and file management

Some teams may show controls such as New folder or Upload.

Those actions are permission-based and are not available to every parent.

For parent help, the safe assumption is that Files is mainly used to browse, open, download, and share team files.
