Archive Safe Environment Criteria

If you no longer want to use or report a safe environment criterion, you can hide the criterion to retain admin access to member records. You can also archive the criterion and the associated member records if you no longer need to access the records.

• Click Manage Community Forms on the Community Forms dashboard
• Click the name of the Community Form you want to archive
• Change the status dropdown to Archived
• Click Save Settings.
• The form and associated member records will be archived and will no longer be accessible.

If you remove a form by accident or need it re-activated for any reason, contact [e-mail] and ask to have it restored.
