If you have been asked to sign a team roster, you have the option to submit a digital signature. If you've never logged into Doodlio before, you'll need to setup a password to access your account. Your school or program administrator should have setup an account for you in Doodlio.
If you already have login access to Doodlio, go to Step 2.'
1. Setup your Doodlio account password.
- Go to https://www.doodlio.com and click the Register button in the upper right corner of the homepage
- Enter your email address and click Next. Your school/program administrator should have already setup an account for you with your email address.
- Follow the steps to receive a security code and create a password.
- Once you create your password, you'll be logged into Doodlio.
- Next time you return to Doodlio, click the Sign In button in the upper right and enter your email address and password to login.
2. Enter your digital signatures.
- Click Sports Management on the home page
- Click Manage Sports Season
- Select a sport in the left side vertical menu
- Click on the Team Eligibility tab
- You should see a list of teams.
- On the right side of each team, click View Eligibility Roster to review the roster and team compliance information. Close the window to return to the team list.
- Beneath each team, you should see one or more roles (such as "Principal" or "Safe Environment"). If your account has been setup with a role that is required to sign the rosters, you will see a button labeled "Submit Signature". Simply click that button for each team that you want to sign.
- That's it - once you click the button your signature will be recorded.
