Add and Update Family Members

My Family Profile lets you manage your household in one place—add or edit family members, update photos and contact details, and keep team, registration, and messaging info accurate across Doodlio.

Open the feature

1. Sign in → Click the account icon in the upper right → click My Family Profile.

View & edit family members

1. You’ll see each member with their photo, name, and type (Adult/Child).

2. Click Edit on a member to update their details, then click Update Family Member to save.

Add or change a profile photo

1. Find the member’s photo. Below and slightly left of the photo, click the camera icon (add photo).

2. Choose a photo and wait for the spinner to finish—your image updates automatically.

3. To remove a photo, click the remove photo icon below/right of the photo.

Add a new family member

1. Click Add an Adult or Add a Child.

2. Fill in the fields (children require Date of Birth, and may require Grade/School).

3. Click Add Family Member.

Tips: Use a clear, head-and-shoulders image—photos are shown in a circle across chats, rosters, and teams. Changes take effect immediately throughout the app.
