Use Add Event to create a new team event. To update or delete an existing event, open that event first and use Event details.
Quick steps: add an event
Open a team and select Schedule.
Select Add Event.
Complete the event details.
Set the date and time.
Add a location if needed. Enter a full address to enable an automatic map and link to driving directions.
Turn Send notifications on or off.
Select Save event.
Quick steps: update an event
Open a team and select Schedule.
Open the event you want to change.
In Event details, select Edit event.
Update the event.
Select Save changes.
Quick steps: delete an event
Open the event from Schedule.
In Event details, select Delete event.
Confirm the delete option.
Select Delete.
If the event is part of a series, you may be asked whether to delete:
Delete this instance only
Delete this and all future instances
Delete all instances of the event

When editing a recurring event, you may see:

Validation messages you may see
The event panel can show messages such as:
Title is required.
Date is required.
Date is in the past. Choose today or a future date.
Start time is required unless this is an all-day event.
End time is required unless this is an all-day event.
End time must be after start time.
Choose at least one day for this weekly pattern.
End date must be on or after the event date.
Additional dates must be today or in the future.
Important notes
Add Event is permission-based and does not appear for every coach.
Editing is not done directly from the schedule list. Open the event first, then use Edit event in Event details.
Deleting is also done from Event details, not from the schedule list.
