Team Attendance

Use Attendance to review team responses and manage RSVP-related follow-up for one team.

Quick steps

Open a team from Home or My Teams & Groups.
Select the Attendance tab.
Use By Event to review response status for team events.
Use Manage RSVPs to update responses for an event.
Use By Member to review response coverage by team member.

What you’ll see

Inside Attendance, coaches normally see two sub-tabs:

By Event
By Member

The default view is:

By Event

Both views can use:

Upcoming
Full Season
7d
14d
30d
Show Full Season
Show Upcoming

By Event

Use By Event to review RSVP status for team events.

This view can show labels such as:

Attendance not requested
No responses yet
All responses in
Missing 1 response
Missing X responses
Missing X+ responses

It can also show counts for:

Yes
Maybe
No
NR (no response)
responded totals

Actions on an event can include:

Manage RSVPs
Send Reminder

If there are no events in the current view, the page shows:

No games or events to show for this window. Try adjusting the upcoming range or switch to Season view.

Manage RSVPs

Select Manage RSVPs to open the Team RSVP panel.

From there, coaches can:

set a member to Yes
set a member to Maybe
set a member to No
return a member to No Response
add a note using Add a note…
select Save note
select Done

This panel is editable for coaches.

If the panel is loading, it can show:

Loading RSVPs…

If no members match the current filter, it can show:

No members match this filter.

If saving fails, it can show:

Could not save. Please try again.

By Member

Use By Member to review attendance/response coverage by individual team member.

This view can show sort options such as:

Sort: Needs follow-up
Sort: Name
Sort: Response rate

It can also show columns or labels such as:

Member
Status
Coverage
Yes / Maybe / No / NR
Actions

Member status labels can include:

No events in range
No responses yet (X events)
All caught up (X/X)
X missing out of X

Actions can include:

Manage RSVPs
Message

At the bottom, the view can show:

X members in this team.

If there are no members in the current view, the page shows:

No members to show for this range.

Important notes

Attendance for coaches is a management view, not the same as the parent My RSVPs view.
Coaches normally see By Event and By Member.
Manage RSVPs is the main editable RSVP workflow from this tab.
Send Reminder and Message are visible in the current UI, but the downstream workflow was not fully confirmed from the inspected code.
