Parents can complete and submit online forms during registration, eliminating the need to collect paper forms.
Set Up Reusable Forms
If your school has not already created the forms you want to use in your registration, follow these steps to set them up: How to create a Reusable Online Form.
Adding Online Forms to Your Registration
When you first create your registration, the Forms screen will display the following options:
- Insert an Existing Community Form
- Create a Reusable Community Form
- Copy Forms from an Existing Registration
- Start a New Form
Assuming you have created the community forms you want to attach:
- Click the Insert an Existing Community Form button.
- A table of existing forms will appear
- Click the form you want to add to your registration
- The form will be added and will appear on your screen
- Click the blue "+" button (above the "Remove Form" button) to add additional forms
There is no save button on this screen. The forms are immediately attached to your registration when you add them.
