Add a Multi-Registration (Volume) Discount

You may want to offer a discount to families who register multiple family members in the same registration.

Add a Multi-Registration Discount

Example: You are setting up a sports registration for basketball . You want to give a discount to families who register multiple family members. Families who register 2 players will receive a $10 discount per player. Families who register 3 players will receive a $15 discount per player. Families who register 4 or more players will receive a $20 discount. 

• Edit the registration settings for the registration you want to add the discount
• Click the Discounts link in the the left side menu
• Click New Volume Discount on the right side of the screen
• Enter a title, such as Multiple Player Discount. The title will appear on the family statement and should indicate the reason for the discount.
• You can choose multiple options for applying the discount (dollar off per individual, percent off per individual, percent off the total). In our example, we'll select dollar off per individual (player).
• Under Discount Tiers, we'll enter the following for our example.
  • For 1 registration, apply a discount of $0. Click Add a Tier.
  • For 2 registrations, apply a discount of $10. Click Add a Tier. 
  • For 3 registrations, apply a discount of $15. Click Add a Tier.
  • For 4 registrations, apply a discount of $20. Click Add a Tier.
• The last tier will apply to 4 or more registrations received from the same family.
• Click Add Discount to save it 

Parents who submit registrations will see a discount on their statement, based on the number of players they have registered. The discount will be subtracted from to the total amount due.
