Select Players
Building team rosters from online registrations is easy. You will use the registration submission management dashboard to locate registered players and then bulk add those players to your teams.
- Click the Manage sports link in the Sports Management box on your home page dashboard.
- Click the Manage Online Registrations link in the Online registration management box.
- Click the Manage Sports Submissions link in the Manage Sports Registrations box.
- If necessary, change the registration that you want to manage in the Registration drop down.
- Use the drop down lists to filter players by grade, gender, or other options. The list of available options will vary based on the type of registration.
- Click Search to display a list of players who meet your search criteria.
Add Players to Rosters
When your list of players is displayed, it will show the player name, date of birth, and grade. If the player has already been assigned to a team, the team name will also be displayed. To add players to a team:
Click the check box next to each player who you want to add to a team roster. You can optionally click the check box in the header to select or deselect all displayed players.
In the header, click on the Select an action drop down and select Add selected players to a team.
Click the Add to team drop down and select the team you want to add the players to.
Click the Add to Team button.
The players will be added to the team roster and their parents will also be added to the team.
